Some best practices:
- Seller Paypal payment email is listed in all invoices. You do not need to communicate this separately. Buyers can locate this address quite easily. (Insert invoice screenshot)
- Do take your own picture of the items for sale. This is not a best practice but a requirement of Mybeercollectibles.com.
- If listing a collection/lot of items, your quantity is 1. If you are listing a 6-bottle lot your quantity is NOT 6
- Do mention what your combined shipping is. If you are willing to combine multiple listing purchases, stating this in your item description will generate increased and more efficient sales
- Do include canning dates and/or bottling date/year in the item description or title
- Do ship in a timely manner after payment. Shipment OR communication with expected shipping date is expected within 24 hours. If it is the weekend then Monday shipping is perfectly acceptable. If you are delaying shipment for weather concerns then this should be communicated to buyer(s).
