- This website functions on a pay-as-you-go fees basis. The sales fee is due at the time of the sale. If this fee puts the seller account in a negative balance the account is immediately suspended.

- Suspended accounts cannot not access any part of the site to communicate with buyers, access their listings, access messages, etc. 

- The active listings of suspended accounts are also suspended until account balance is paid.
