Please note that buyers can only edit the shipping options as limited by the seller account options. Buyers are not able to change the pricing of invoices. Overwriting the prices or shipping charges for an item is restricted to the seller.
For more information for the seller, users can check this guide. Shipping Options for seller
So how does one combine an invoice?
See the picture below. This picture would be from the seller interface. The icon that looks like a chain link will allow both buyer and seller to combine an invoice. Again, seller can set up rules for this so that multiple items are combined automatically with a reduced shipping charge. If seller does not have this option active then seller can overwrite the total shipping charge by clicking on this link.

How do I add shipping information to the site/to the invoice? What do the icons in the 'My sales' and 'My purchases' sections mean?

The first icon is the edit invoice button.
- From the seller perspective, the user can edit the shipping options, item price, or shipping charge.
- From the buyer perspective, the user can change shipping address or change the shipping option (2-day vs ground, for example)
The second icon is the combine invoice button.
- From the seller perspective, the user can combine multiple, unpaid items and complete all tasks available as the edit invoice button.
- From the buyer perspective, the user can combine items and any combined items rules that seller has set up will automatically calculate. It is important to note that if seller has NOT set up any rules then the shipping charge will not change and will add the single shipping charge x # of items.
The third icon is the shipping or status button.
- From the seller perspective, the user can enter tracking info and mark items as shipped, delayed, etc
- From the buyer perspective, this icon will not be displayed in your purchases menu.
Terms: combined invoice, how do I combine an invoice, edit invoice multiple items from same seller, multiple items, multiple items from same buyer
